Southern Spring Shootout
The City of Cape Girardeau Parks and Recreation Department is hosting the Southern Spring Shootout, an invitational soccer tournament, at the Shawnee Park Sports Complex in Cape Girardeau, MO the weekend of May 17-19, 2024. We invite you to send teams in one or all of the age groups (listed on the back) that will best represent your recreational soccer team(s). You may have up to 10 players on each roster for Kindergarten, 14 players on each roster for grades 1st – 4th, and 18 players on each roster for grades 5th–8th. Participation trophies will be given to all players in Kindergarten, and first and second place trophies will be awarded in each age group 1st–8th to the appropriate teams. Tournament standings will not be kept. Make checks payable to City of Cape Girardeau.

Adult Soccer

Winter/Spring Adult Soccer League (Ages 18+)
Compete in the Winter/Spring Adult Indoor Soccer League at the SportsPlex! Games are played on Sunday afternoons and evenings February 18 - April 7. Men’s and coed leagues will be offered. This league is team entry only. For more information contact Heather at [email protected].
